SASCA #9 Event Meeting - Oct 16

1. Autocross #9 Oct 12 Spokes hosted in Beeville

   1. Course designer: Jeff Warden. Total entries - 124

   2. Course was fast. 

-Spokes event, so not much technical discussion.

-Chris, Ricky, Jeff and Dallas had a timing meeting on Sunday to go over things. Chris is more up to speed now.

- get flour for chalking 

-Triumph club event next year is a go.

-Get 2nd timing display DONE. Plus 8 batteries and transmitters are being upgraded before Race America folds.

-Need YEP updated from Beeville. CHRIS

-Need new printer. Keep them both installed. ORDERED

- Need new sound meter tripod.   DONE JEFF

-Need novice trophies. MIKE ORDERED

-IRS filing. Not worth it. 

-Elections coming up. Need announcements. JEFF AND RACHAEL
