SASCA #1 Event Meeting - Feb 12 2025

1. Autocross #1 Feb 8 RCCC

   1. Course designer: Jeff Vineyard. Total entries - 143 with times - 5 runs, 3 heats.

   2. Tail Lights at 3:22. 

   3. Top Novice – Gavin Sumner DS WRX. Needs Tom Choi cert. and trophy

   4. Top PAX  - Vivek Goel in AST Mx5

   5. TTOD! - Vivek Goel in AST Mx5

   6. Event discussion.

-Good event overall. 

-Printer issues. We need backups. Cable and printer. 

-Registration issues of people not being in the computer. They probably didn’t check in and were deleted as no-shows.

Need a few radio adapters for headphones

Need to check waivers for 8.5x11. We have a lot of 8.5x14 but would need new clipboard holders

Clips for radios

30 ft LAN cable - Dallas

Try flour instead of powdered lime for lines

Timing discrepancy sheet at trailer? So people can fill it out during the heats.

MSR has no function for drivers license verification ability and self check in ability

Chris Hill stepped up to learn timing and scoring.
