2012 Novice School!

The novice school last year was a tremendous success.  This year we are doing it again.  You only have about a month left to sign up for it, and registration will be limited to a maximum of 30 entries.  No walk-up registrations will be accepted for the Novice School.

Please register and pre-pay online as early as possible so that we can have enough time to make proper arrangements and have enough instructors for everybody.  Last year we were able to have a nearly 1:1 student-to-instructor ratio which provided tremendous value to the students, getting over 20+ runs throughout the day.  Lunch will be provided on-site to all students that sign up.

Register Here! https://axwaresystems.com/axorm/calendar_main.php?viewevent=11157

P.S. Even if you aren't a "novice" you can still sign up for the school.  Anybody that has reached a 'plateau' in their racing improvements should sign up!

I just want to thank everyone who helped put on the Autocross School. Thanks to the instructors, and especially thanks to the support crew who were there to make the event run as smooth as a typical Sunday event. It was a great day.

Sorry to bump up an old thread, but is there any chance that you guys will be doing this again? The 3rd was my wedding day so ( despite much arguing) I had to miss it, lol. Cheesy

It can be difficult to gather all of the instructors later in the year since we'll all be burned out from the National events but we can check into it for a fall event.  We will definitely have one next Spring.

My advice is to ride along with other people as much as often.
Ride only in vehicles which are similar to yours though.

The in ride assistance has never helped me much, but the ride alongs really improved my approach.
