Here is a chart for those car owners with adjustable damping. Handling is all about car/corner balancing. Credit goes to Neil Roberts from his book Think Fast.  Author has dissected a corner into five phases. "Cornering and Damper Travel Direction' shows what each shock is doing in a particular phase of corner. Follow recommendations to improve understeer or oversteer condition. I finally figured out how to attach a jpeg file.
