Ricky,

Thank you for another great year of your leadership.  I know you're getting a bit burned out with all the work.  But, you've built a good organization, improved our operations dramatically, negotiated our venues and established a much better relationship with Spokes which has helped both them and SASCA on all fronts.  I, for one, will work harder this next year to take a few things off you're plate so you can spend your time working those higher level issues for us, which you've done so well.

The banquet was great fun!  It worked out great despite the Clear Spring manager's goof.

Thanks for a great 2011 and I'm pumped about 2012!!
