Introductions:
A few new faces in the crowd...thank you for coming out!

December event: 19 novices, a little less than November, but still a good turnout!  Colin won for second month on a row...no more Novice for you!  You’re going to your normal class!  57 drivers, split event with a 45 minute lunch.  Chris LeClair did a quick course design the night prior, great job with such short notice!

NEW BUSINESS
-2011 year end party, January 21 at Clear Springs Cafe at 6:30pm.  More information to follow.
-2012 schedule, very similar to this year.  Novice school in March.  Note that July & September are empty.  SPOKES will host these two events, and we are hosting in June & August for them.  This will help alleviate the extreme heat for these months.  Specifics still being worked out, BOD agreed to this.

I'll get the sign made.

Any one care to assert dimensions?

On the sign...I was thinking something along the lines of a traffic 'A' frame sign.  Then have 'SASCA Event sign in here', or something similar.  Thoughts?

I was thinking of white rectangular sign with Bold Black text that read, "REGISTRATION"
Then our club logo to the left or the right the text.

Are we still using that Klan looking logo?

Dimensions I'm guessing at 8" x 20".

Speaking of Annual Tech, Federico Del Toro said we may borrow his scales for the event.

Back to the sign, I think a hanging sign will supply much better visability than one on the ground.

We can screw in a few hooks above whatever corner of the trailer, and hange it when we're in business.

Does anyone know a sign maker?

When is the annual tech?
The first opportunity for Annual Tech will be at the Year end party 21 JAN 2012. A more complete list of other opportunities will be posted soon. There is a possibiltiy of a Tech party sooner, early JAN.
