He's probably running it on 2-stroke model airplane fuel which has 10-15% oil content. I dont recall seeing any wiring. May just have glowplugs.

Yeah, you are probably right... Still pretty impressive.  I wonder how he's getting oil to the bottom end, though?

Very impressive is right. I'd give up some important body parts to have that kind of skill and training. The video only shows a test run. It's being fed compressed air throught the clear fuel line attached to the intake. If it were actually running, lubrication would probably be by a combination of pre-mix and rod splash. The real problem would be lubricating the rocker arms and valve stems even though you could do a meaningful run by squirting oil on them while it ran.
