Most tire dealers will not discount the Hoosiers, but you can check with Tire Rack and Discount Tire. Discount Tire may offer lower price for mounting/balancing if you buy from them. If you buy from Hoosier you will probably get them quicker but you may have to pay for shipping and you will pay more for mounting/balancing locally. As Ricky mentioned to me before, you will probably get fresher rubber buying direct from Hoosier because other dealers may have older inventory.
Mike Sauce is a dealer in the Dallas area and you can locate his shop on the Hoosier site. Summit Racing and Jeg's are both dealers also.
