Bill Knox Has Passed Away
«

It is with a heavy heart that I pass on the info that Bill Knox passed away last week. Bill was a long-time past member of SASCA and he loved racing his 240Z locally and around the state. He had been sick from diabetes for the past several years. Bill was a great friend who loved to talk about automobile racing of all types, especially F1. He will be missed dearly, by his family and friends.
Memorial service will be on Feb 19. I will post time as soon as I find out.

Thanks for the post John. Sorry to hear Bill, a fellow Z enthusiast, has gone. I met him at the SASCA Autox's in the 80's and he was my instructor at autox novice school at Brooks.

I saw Bill about 1 month ago when he called us to move him into his daughters house. He was in great spirits but physically worn...
Funeral Services are tomorrow @ 4pm I believe.
Bill, you will be missed!
