January 2011 SASCA Meeting #2

In the interest of trying to get more participation/attendance at meetings, we are going to try a new meeting schedule this year.  As discussed at the first January, 2011 meeting, we are going to have our meetings on the Wednesday following our events, much the same as Spokes does.  We also are going to have a new venue for our meetings... We're all about change for this year... or something...   

Come out and be a part of your club!  We still need more volunteers for 2011.  We have a great schedule of events planned for the upcoming year, and welcome more folks to become part of the action and help out.  The events we put on require a lot of planning and man-power and don't happen without volunteers.

The meeting starts at 7:30pm, but beer banter usually starts around 6:45pm.

so I recall hearing that meetings now are going to be every Tue after event, is that correct? So meeting#3 is tomorrow Feb 22?

Yes, at Grady's.  You are correct that the monthly meetings are on the Wednesday after the event.
