Nitromidgets, any help we can get for tear-down would be greatly appreciated. Its hard to find enough people at the end of the day, especially in this heat, to help.
I'll be there to help then.

I have the following assignments for this event.

MORNING SET UP:
Please Arrive by 0700 for the following.  You don't have to work a job during the day and can leave after your runs.

1.  Course Set Up Assist:  JeffCRZ
2.  Course Set Up Assist:  DocSTI
3.  Control Trailer and Equipment Set Up:  Quigley
4.  Control Trailer and Equipment Set Up:  Derfman
5.  Control Trailer and Equipment Set Up:
6.  Early Gate Control Duty:  Pseudologick

Event Master, trailer towing, registration, equipment chief, Tech Inspection and other chiefs already know their jobs.

AFTERNOON PACK UP:
You don't have to arrive until before 0900 before registration closes.  You don't have to work a job during the day but you're committing to help clean up at the end of the day.  This usually goes a lot quicker than set up and working a corner during the day.

1.  Cone collection and barrier replacement:  NitroMidgets
2.  Cone collection and barrier replacement.
3.  Equipment tear down and Trailer Pack Up.
4.  Equipment tear down and Trailer Pack UP.
5.  Equipment tear down and Trailer Pack Up.
6.  Equipment tear down and Trailer Pack Up.

As you can see we need one more person for morning set up and five more for tear down.  I'd love to have volunteers ahead of time but we'll get it done anyway.  Thanks to NitroMidgets.  :-)

Again, "Afternoon Tear Down" takes less time than the other jobs.  We've traditionally just hoped enough folks would stay behind and do it. Sometimes only a couple of folks get stuck with the whole thing. But, I'd like to try to get commitments ahead of time.

Note:  If you do tear down you don't have to arrive until before 0900 before registration closes.  You don't have to work a job during the day. Tear down usually goes a lot quicker than set up and working a corner during the day.  That leaves you free to sleep in a bit, take a little more time to prep before your heat and lounge around and enjoy the fun during the day.  :-)

Sorry I didn't post these links up when I posted the results last night... Here are the direct links to the results files:

Virtual / Bench Racing Results: https://axwaresystems.com/axorm/files/SASCA/e07-jul2011virtual.html

Thanks to Dan for a fun course, after a few tweaks...  I think we modified less on this course than before, so you're definitely getting the hang of this!  Some of the off-camber stuff was definitely a big challenge.

Note to self: Don't bring completely dead tires to an event any more.

Ya, your turn in bite seemed to be missing Ricky.

I definitely needed more turn-in bite at the bottom of the hill or slower entry speed, but who likes to slow down?

My turn in was awesome although I do need more front camber. Rear end was dancing a bit but I kept it pointing the right direction. It was an awesome course. Had a great time.

Let's just say that Hoosier A6s don't really grip so well when they are so worn that there are no grooves left -- especially when they are on the rear of the car.
