I wont be able to make the meeting. If a vote is held to continue with activities at River City Raceway, count me as for it. More auto-x's = better.

How late does the meeting go? I have class til 8:15 p.m. and it would take 20 minutes for me to get over there at minimum from UTSA.

Probably about 8:30 or 9 at the latest.  They close the resturaunt and kick us out.
