Ok, I have an issue and can't seem to find which class I belong in. I recently acquired an ALK kit and was told AFTERWARDS it would put me in a different class. I am in STU now (Which I don't think is correct) But I may be wrong. Anyone have direction on where exactly to go to find out which class I belong in ? Thanx everyone in advance for the assistance.

According to the SCCA Solo rules, an ALK will put you into.. uh.. what ever class is above SM.  Something to do with moving the pivot point or... something.    I base this information on what I've read in various posts on 2 subaru boards.  I can't say that I've ever read anything specific from a SCCA rule maker or anything.   So... uh.. I don't know how much help I've actually been here?

Took more digging than I expected, but here's the link I found for 2010 classing:

http://www.scca.com/documents/Solo_Rules/2010_Solo_Rules_Appendix_A_final_draft.pdf

Perhaps someone could update the outdated link at the top of this post?

Done.  Better yet. Put at the top of the Information block in bold on the front page. Thanks for digging out the link.
