As far as we have discussed, we are going to count all of these events towards 2003.

When the 2003 season is up the club. I've noticed that the BOD is often given somewhat mythical powers in some of the posts on the website. Actaully, all the BOD can do is spend small amounts of money. Everything else takes a motion and a vote at a meeting.  The December meeting is before the December event, so the club could still vote that event into next season if they wanted to.  When no motion was made about the November events at the Novemer meeting, those events remained in the 2003 season by default.  Even if they wanted to, the BOD could not change this.

Just a reminder, with at least 11 events in the 2003 season, it will take 7 entries in a class to qualify for a class trophy.  If the December event is also 2003 season, the number jumps to 8. The verbage in the rules is "2/3" of the events.
