Yea, I'm wondering the same thing.  I know you guys still need to talk to verizon and get everything official (if they still like us).  I know the projected date was the second of february, so I'll keep planning on that (since I've already got stuff to do on the 3rd & 4th).

The next projected date is actually Feb 13th.  I'll post the event on the forum as soon as it's official.

Just curious (as I'm new to SASCA), are the events normally planned out a year in advance? Or is it more normal that events plans are "solid" only about 1-2 months ahead of time?

Thanks,

Ike

By the way, I had a great time at the Jan event...great job to the those that made it happen!!!

Events are planned out for the whole year IF we have a contract
to lease a lot for a year. We DO NOT have a contract with the Verizon
center yet.  We are trying to get one, and the January event was a
"trial" event to help Verizon management determine IF we will get a
contract.

Keep your fingers crossed.  If we get the contract will we have dates
set up in advance.  The host site is always free to cancel if they get
a better offer.  This happend to us a few times at the Alamodome, but
generally we know the schedule months in advance.
