SASCA COVID-19 Event Procedures

In order to provide a safe environment for all event participants, SASCA is modifying our event procedures to best align with local and state guidelines to keep our communities safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We encourage everyone to maintain 6 feet of social distancing at all times throughout the event.

Latest Update

To keep in alignment with the Texas Governor's Open Texas 100% Efforts and CDC Guidance vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask. Non-vaccinated individuals are encouraged to wear a mask. Please respect others that choose to wear a mask.

Unless otherwise specified below, event procedures are back to normal.

Sanitization Wash/sanitize your hands regularly, keep cross-contamination in mind. Additional sanitation stations will be provided onsite.
Loaner Helmet Program

Loaner Helmets are available for use.

Trailer Work

Trailer Workers: If you choose to wear a mask, please bring your own.
